Having spent her career immersed in employee engagement, inclusion and, most recently, sustainability, Nikki is driven by a strong sense of purpose which she always applies to her work. She is motivated by bringing brands and work to life through creative communications, and is hugely passionate about inclusion and creating opportunities from people of all backgrounds to succeed, as well as an open and collaborative culture where every colleague can be themselves and feel valued. 

Nikki’s background lies predominantly in the field of internal communication and colleague engagement, with more than a decade of experience across multiple sectors including technology, retail and travel, among others.

Nikki is also responsible for Hyve's environment, social and governance strategy, as the Group looks to take a more proactive role in addressing sustainability not just within the events sector, but also across those sectors which its event brands support. Having spearheaded the creation of Hyve’s ESG strategy, she is now working to turn promises into action through the delivery of social impact programmes and driving down the company’s carbon footprint.
